One of the missions does not work at all on hard. Throughout cargo ferries have starfighter attack orders. Many starships are lacking orders completely and simply sit there. The last mission doesn't make sense. An entire fleet of MC80's would not run from 2 ISD's.

There are moments of brilliance in this one. I recommend giving it a go. We are probably going to see it in a TCIB competition soon. :D As with most battles it's not perfect but it does enough to deserve a 5.

This battle could have used a better plotline and it would have become another gem in the Compendium. However, some of the briefings and missions are confusing at times, but the level of the missions is excellent. Player will fly a wide variety of fighters, from the venerable GUN to the unparalleled God Fighter, aka the TIE Praetor. However there is a mission where the goals should be explained better since it can get really messy when understanding who is who or what to do, and in some other engagement there are some dead times in which you may well light a smoke or grab a drink while you are waiting. Putting aside these two factors, the rest is awesome. Worth noticing is the great radio chatter. I chuckled several times while playing and got a bit distracted. Worth a try though, this is a good one.

I agree with the other reviews that this is a great battle with some nice variety. The 10-minute wait in mission 5 was pointless and frustrating. The rest of the missions were fun, even if the story wasn't very present in the missions.

This is a great battle, very challenging and with some good dogfights. I don't give it a 5 because some missions are confusing there's a long wait in the last mission, and because we have to listen to "report on secondary target" every time we do something to an enemy fighter.

I just got round to reinstalling XvT and must say after playing this battle I'm glade I did. The missions have a few glintches but nothing to take mind of some best combat sequences seen anywhere in a XvT mission.

If it wasn't for a few glitches in the briefings and the fact that enemy starfighters have secondary target roles which generates a voice message each time you destroy a fighter, something which gets quite annoying in the long run, this would have gotten a 5. Overall it was a good battle.

I completed all EH battles and i must say this: "That's the best XvT battle i ever played". Great job, i'm really impressed.

Mission 3: CARG Blue Beard flies at 50% throttle (a mere 11 MGLT! ) when capturing the Senator.
Mission 4, 5: The captured\\replicated TIE Praetors mysteriously turn into TIE Defenders.
