I'm probably being a touch harsh on this one, as it is very playable, but I found it to be particularly uninspired, with Mission #2 (destroy lots and lots of A-Wings... that's it) and Mission #4 (for reasons already mentioned) as the low lights.

As Phalk said, a moderately-good battle that has some good bits, and some bits that make me want to tear my hair out - the last mission in particular was painful due to the lack of ordnance, ability to reload, or sufficient allies to destroy the entire enemy force without taping my trigger down and solo-killing a Repair Yard with lasers. A shame, as the first three missions were fairly good.

This battle is an average one. It does not excel in any given category. Plotline is decent but far from original or outstanding. The missions unfold in between challenging, tediously hard and effortless easy. This is a point that should be corrected in order to improve the gaming experience. Besides, last battle when you have to destroy a large enemy outpost, having no possibility to reload, leaves the player to sink a Repair Yard and some capital ships with just powerless lasers, and believe me, this was boring and gave me a sore trigger finger. Fly it only if you have already played any of the better battles out there. Just for FCHG points, so to speak.

Had to reinstall the game and the EH Ship patch for BoP and it finally fixed the bug below.

When flying the second mission I get an error upon loading in. "Unable to set 320x240 screen resolution or Unable to set 512x384 Screen Resolution" Weird because the first mission did not give me an error like this. Have tried a bunch of different resolution settings, craft wave selections etc and none of them allow me to get past the error.
