Very easy and straight forward series of missions requiring you to identify a group of unknown ships and then progressively deal with them. Missions were fairly easy to complete with ships still usually in system allowing for extra points to be farmed as desired.

This battle is kind of a joke. I'm reaching to even think of something useful to add because so much has already been said about so little here. In one of the missions you only have to destroy the cruisers and can ignore the fighters, just pay attention to the in-flight goals. The story really is just 'pirates bad. get pirate.' It's like someone learned how to make a mission one day, it worked, and some how it got uploaded. Anyway, worth it for the points it's so ridiculously quick.

One of the fastest battles in TC history. The last mission was the only one that required an actual bit of effort. The rest were missions that were completed in just a few minutes. Doesn't really deserve to be uploaded if they can be completed that quick.

I played on Easy. Another very quick set of missions that are good for points. It revolves around a bunch of pirates that you need to kill. The missions themselves are all pretty easy on Easy, but they're enjoyable enough.

A firm 2 in my books. Plotline is somewhat weak however it is always a joy to be dogfighting in such a capable craft. Lots of seeing off waves of fighters which can drag though.

This is a straight shooter. Dogfights galore. Fight your way through multiple craft and not much of a story. Having said that, there isnt much wrong with it either. I couldnt help noticing though that it got a lollipop award for worst battle of 2006? :D

Not a bad set of missions. I always enjoy getting time in a TIE Defender. They seem very underutilized at times. Not much 'mystery' in the battle, but it's a fun set of missions to fly.

An average battle, good for some easy earnt FCHG points. The plotline is kind of average and so is the mission creation. The only advantage in this otherwise general battle is that player has the chance to enjoy the delights of the Space Cadillac , the unparalleled TIE Defender. Otherwise it's just another battle. Good to fly, though.

Not a particularly inspiring battle, but not bad either. You get to fly the TIE Advanced a lot, which is always a plus in my book! Definitely worth a four out of five, but needed something special to get that fifth star!

2006 must have been a good year, XvT-wise. This wasn't that bad.

Damn! It wouldn't deserve that lollipop if we could have had just some more XvT battles on 2006 to choose from. Actually the battle is fair good and the only problem I found on it it's that having all those enemy crafts fighting each other makes your life miserable when trying to kill them all YOURSELF!! >:D

I found this to be an enjoyable battle to fly, it's worth tking the effort to play.

This is a very quick battle and not hard whatsoever. You may be able to finish it in less than an hour.

A bit lackluster in the plot/dialog department, but a stable/flyable/playable battle.
