If the ATR at the start of the mission can't disable a transport with 0 shields when it has 45 seconds to do so, that is a major design flaw.
Simply excellent. A mission with a lot of moving parts, a nice storyline and all of it packed into a single mission. There is one issue whereby if you don't inspect the CORT before it dies, you are screwed and the mission doesn't tell you are screwed but otherwise an excellent mission.
This was a nice mission, but could have been so much better. As it happens frequently with budget cuts in the imperial arsenal, some genius is deploying MIS without beams. Brilliant. No rockets, of course, it would have been too easy. But besides these frequent mistakes, the mission was fun to fly and worth a try, though not an easy fast point maker.
Play it for part of the series then erase it from your mind.

We had been hearing about this project for months. Typhoon Squadron was dispatched to capture the Rebel Frigate Echo Hawk, which was promptly re-outfitted for a journey deep into the heart of Rebel Squadrons space. Upon entering Rebel space, we discovered that the Rogue Dark Brotherhood was working in conjunction with the Rebels on the creation of a new Super Star Destroyer that was outfitted with a nearly inpenetrable shielding technology. Despite our efforts to destroy the SSD Chi Long before the shield came online, it escaped and has been subject of great concern in Intelligence circles. Orders: The ISD Challenge will travel to the Verpine Outpost Aragok and meet with the DREAD Argonaut. Our contact there, rogue Verpine, has been developing a means to shatter the Chi Long's shield. We have paid a considerable sum for that information.
