Some interesting ideas plot-wise, bogged down by interminable wait times.
My hundred and eighth battle in the TIE Corps.
Terrible battle. Unparalleled waste of time. The plotline is decent enough and the idea of flying for the Medical Corps was nice and appealing. The missions themselves were not badly planned at all, but execution was terrible. Endless waiting for cargo, personnel or whatever, to be delivered. Sometimes above 20 minutes. Then the action itself was short and useless. There is a particular mission flying a TRN! And although anyone would love the quad ion cannons this ship boasts, the mission is so badly programmed that your targets are mercilessly nuked. Don't play this one for your sanity's sake. I had to fly it twice, and I am wondering why anyone in white overalls hasn't come yet.
I went into this one thinking I was going to stay positive after flying some crap before. Unfortunately, sometimes it's not to be. First you get dumped into crappy fighters and for some reason you start off at 0 shields which is nonsense. Then there's endless waiting and to top it off you have to disable a CORT while in a TRN. But you can't because there's GUNboatds out there firing rockets at it, killing the CORT instead of disabling it. I felt like throwing my PC out the window. Please fix this crap.
This was a freaky mission to fly during the COVID 19 outbreak! Chasing the infected shuttles and CORT in a transport made my heart race.
Ouch. So LOOOOOONG. 20 minute missions with the action all in the first 3 or 4 minutes? Really? Brutal.
Storyline wasn't all too special - typical "stop a disease" type plot. I've flown it before in other battles and missions.
After many attempts, I finally completed this battle. If I hadn't have spent hours and hours waiting for everything to dock, it wouldn't have been that sucky. However, I feel that if someone with a bit of knowledge with a waypoint editor and maybe some flight group order changes, this battle could be made to not suck so badly. Mission waypoints are an important part of mission design, if you screw them up the battle will blow.
Gotta agree with Masters pov here, I ended up watching several tv shows while waiting on all the docking:P. This is definately a hurry up & wait battle & a bit buggy as well- but at least now it's completable (unlike when it was first released for beta testing).
It would be an enjoyable enough battle if 90% of it wasnt spent waiting. I expect better from a seasoned missions creator such as yourself mikey.

Boarding and docking operations take far too long in this battle. Mission 5 in particular has a ten minute wait, longer if you want all the bonus objectives.
2010-04-09
Mission 1: CARGs have starfighter orders. Blue 3 flies in circles instead of entering hyperspace with its container. SHU Envoy has difficulty entering the Last Hope's hangar.
Mission 2: The SPCs share the same IFF as the cargo craft yet are hostile to the platform and EH forces. The T/F drones use the same Red IFF as the EH forces yet they attack the player craft.
Mission 3: The bugs Dempsey reported are in this mission, not the fourth.
Mission 4: Successfully captured craft under EH control cause the mission to fail when they leave the area.

in M4, the CORT Escape flies into the ESC iot launches from and gets killed when it's supposed to escape (with an INT there?). The Vertex could use some orders so it stops being a sitting duck. SHU Medical needs new arrival orders. I had to wait 12 minutes which is unacceptable.
