The missions were easy but I enjoyed the movie story tie-in, not really sure it is EH related, but I guess they took the pirate's belief in rules with that one.

This was a very fun battle! I loved the copyright avoidance efforts, and the story was good otherwise. Recommend!

For those who are acquainted with the Pirates... lore, I think they will get a kick out of this one. It's an easy and very well adapted of the first movie. A bit silly, but very entertaining. I had fun reviving Turner, the drunkards, Elizabeth and who knows what else!

This is a fun battle to fly even though it's silly. Actually it's fun because it is silly. It's got some fancy mission design tricks as well. Please stop using it for competitions though, it's not a good choice for high scores.

This battle was not bad, but it still commits a lot of the cardinal sins of custom battle design. First off, just don’t place invincible ships in your game. Don’t do it. Especially if I have no idea that the ship is supposed to be invincible and sit there blasting away at it and wondering what is going on. Secondly, the map briefings were absolutely awful. They made no sense, and often times I began the mission with no idea what I was supposed to be doing. Usually reading the objectives will help clear that up but the objectives made no sense on any of the missions either.
However, that being said, it was still kind of fun. It can be fun to just launch into a battle with no idea what the hell is going on, and you are definitely doing that here. The premise of the battle itself was funny.

To me, it seemed to have a plot that did not provide for...telling a story or anything. Though I...failed to understand the humor involved, my husband "got a kick out of it".

Now this battle is definately different, and well worth flying. Although VA Master is right, having some torps or missiles for mission four definately would have been nice!

Really fun battle, follows the movie plot very closely. Loses a point because by mission 4 your really craving some advanced missiles or torpedoes.

=============================

You are Cpt Will of Turner Squadron based on the Golan 4 Platform, Port Royal.

Mission 1: Quite the worst pirate

The ISD Relentless is at Port Royal, an Imperial base near Corellia, picking supplies, when a group of pirates suddenly attack. They are quickly destroyed by the station's defences, but in the chaos of the battle, the infamous captain Sparra Jak appears in a somewhat damaged YT1200 and attempts to dock with a nearby Murian Transport. Meanwhile, the Shuttle Swan unexpectedly leaves the base with Elizabeth, La'an's girlfriend aboard. The shuttle's atmosphere and control systems fail and it spins out of control toward the Relentless.

Mission 2: The Black Pearl

The station is once again under attack by pirates, but this time they are lead by the Black Pearl, a fast and powerful starship that has been terrorising platforms and convoys for the last ten years. Rumour has it the Black Pearl is crewed by the damned. They make off with the consignment of booze set aside for the Relentless and capture Elizabeth to boot.

Mission 3: To Tortuga

You free Sparra Jak from prison and make the pirate captain promise that he will help to rescue Elizabeth. The two of you manage to capture the unmanned VSD Interceptor, the fastest ship in the station, and hyperspace to Tortuga. Fighting your way through the dangerous brawl there, you dock at the station and start looking for a crew for the Interceptor.

Mission 4: Isla Di Muerta

After finding a crew, You and Jak make your way to Isla di Muerta, where Elizabeth is being held. Jak's goal is to capture the Black Pearl that is stationed there whilst you fight your way through a horde of pirates, disable the platform and rescue
Elizabeth. Having followed the Interceptor, the Relentless enters the region to recovers the stolen alcohol. With the booze gone the pirates will quickly succumb a decade's worth of hangover.
