Not a bad mission, but loses points for not giving either countermeasures or a beam system vs craft with missiles and advanced missiles.
Nothing to see here really, just a simple capture and destroy operation. You can fly a T/D which is always a good time. There's a variety of Rebel craft thrown at you, but nothing serious. The mechanics of the mission work fine on easy, I didn't have any of the issues people at higher difficulties may have been having. Most difficult part was remembering to disable and not destroy the FRG itself. Fly for the points.
That was actually better than I expected. When I first saw T/D and M/B I was thinking oh boy here we go again. The opposition though feels like they got some teeth. Note to self to try it on hard.
Nice mission about capturing a FRG and wiping out a rebel convoy. MIS, T/D and T/A are available, offering 3 different games of the same engagement. Quick and simple, this one is worth another easy point in the backpack.
Nowhere *near* as good as the hype. My wingmen kept crashing into the ISD or INT at the start, the stupid ATRs took like 8 hours to disable the FRG even with my help, and also, you can't customize your flight settings. No CMs + Adv Torps + A-Wings with adv missiles = crummy mission. Also, why do the ships enter 1 at a time? Also, Y-Wing Blue destroys the FRG even before its captured?...That's retarded, they should wait until it's captured.
This mission is too well made if thats even possible. I like how the rebels have an equal chance of winning, but the superiority of the MIS (And my uber skills with Adv. Mis.) simply destroys them.

As it is reported in one of the reviews, one of the friendly missile boats crashes with a capital ship right at the start of the mission. I played this on hard, the TRN and the SHU enter the frigate's hangar to capture it, but nothing happens, the frigate remains green. This makes the mission impossible to complete.
