With a new WC, why not have a new wing banner ? This ones pretty straight forward, design a Wing Banner for the Tie Corps roster, and submit it to myself (thorin@corporatesector.net). Best submission (to be judged by myself) will recieve an IS-SR, runner up will recieve an IS-BR.
