Each Tuesday morning at 12:01 AM GMT, start earning as much Cartel XP as you can. Every Monday night at 23:59 PM GMT, Plif will copy down all the Cartel XP totals for each player and compare them to the previous week's totals.
The player with the highest Cartel XP total for the week will earn an IS-SR, with the second place player earning an IS-BR!

At 23:59 PM GMT on the last Monday night of the year, December 28th, Plif will copy down the final totals. The player with the highest Cartel XP over the course of the competition will earn an IS-GR with second place earning an IS-SR and third place earning an IS-BR!
