The regular medals (IS-GR, IS-SR and IS-BR) will be awarded for 1st through 3rd place while recruiters get 1 pt. for a valid recruit (valid means 1. an additional pilot to the BG roster [no internal transfers], 2. an email from the new pilot that he was recruited by the recruiter and 3. at least one BSF of the new pilot) which could either be a veteran returning from the RSVs, a Cadet completing his Training and being thankful for the help the ‘recruiter’ offered or a new pilot the recruiter contacted via starwars forum, online games, etc. (the rules for recruiting still apply, of course – so no recruiting from other squadrons). However this “recruitment” is not as strict as the awarding of “Medal of Instruction” for only new pilots – old veterans from the RSVs will do fine for the battlegroup, too :-) There are two special rules that may apply for the medal awards: There needs to be a minimum of four participants in this part of the competition (meaning 4 different ‘recruiters’) otherwise there won’t be any medals for this part (which I expect to occur quite often). If pilots tie in recruits they will both get the medal one step lower (meaning two pilots with each 2 recruits (and therefore actually being 1st place) and two pilots with each 1 recruit (therefore both being 2nd place) there will be 2x IS-SR and 2x IS-BR.
