Early History

House Dominatus has a story dated from not very long ago. Unlike the remaining Clans, Clan Alvaak had a tradition of being an invite-only Clan, which means only those priviledged with an invitation, could transfer in.

Until December 2000 Imperial Time. It was then that CON Keiran Idanian took the call of reopening Alvaak to all those that wanted to join by creating 3 Houses, one per each Order. The Order of the Krath was granted with House Dominatus - latin for power, control. Following, we will present you the name and lives of the voluntaries that came forward to lead this great House to victories, losses never fearing a battle.

1st Quaestor: KAP Aseret
Selected from all the applicants within the DB, KAP Aseret was chosen to start a new generation of leaders inside Clan Alvaak. Coming from Clan Taldryan, she occupied the seat with KP Bant Komad per Aedile until she was taken from the site to accomplish bigger services to the Clan by becoming PCON in April 2003.

2nd Quaestor: DJK Jeron Darkonis
Following a disturbed time that stole alot of members from the EHDB leading them to an alternate Dark Brotherhood, Alvaak felt very little the blow. Fact was it was leaderless since KP Bant Komad and his follower, DJK Tissaya Argat, chose to follow the alternate line. It was then the Clan's Summit trusted the House to an old Alvaak veteran and personal friend of the FC: DJK Jeron Darkonis. With crisis and successes, he holded command until July 2004.

3rd Quaestor: GRD Andrzej "Iceman" Mekynski
Currently, GRD Andrzej has been commanding the House. With a long and successful past in other SGs, he hopes to begin in Alvaak and House Dominatus a new career full of victories.

The Temple

House Dominatus is the Krath House of Clan Alvaak, the elite Clan of the Dark Brotherhood founded and led by none other than Grand Admiral Ronin, founder and leader of the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet and a Dark Jedi Primarch. Clan Alvaak is led under regency of Pontifex Aseret And Battlemaster Jacen Aylen and has houses
dedicated to the Order of the Sith(House Ronin) and Order of the Obelisk(House Auctoritas). Dominatus is a small house but highly active, with its single Phyle, Praetorious. The House is run overall by Quaestor Andrzej.
Each house in the Brotherhood has its own identity. The identity of Dominatus is a great Cathedral and Temple of the Dark Side, set on the dark side of a small moon orbiting Nissar. In the dark shadows the Temple was built to serve as a retreat and sanctuary for those calendar of events wishing to better understand the Dark Side of the Force. the lack of natural sunlight makes plant and animal life sparse, but extremely virulent and hardy where it does exist, and the sky has a thin atmosphere that although is enough to breath and warm the moon, never obscures the stars overhead.
In the perpetual darkness of the moon, Dominatus Cathedral stands carved from the side of the crater in which it is set and extending far into its wall and below its surface, looking almost as if whatever caused the crater infact uncovered and revealed the Cathedral. High valuated spires and wide fluted domes carved from the gray stone make the citadel foreboding, as its architects saw fit to give form to their nightmares in the Temple's decor, and many weak minded visitors have gone insane merely gazing at the Temple, and strangers often feel eyes of the looming ghoulish statues above following them.
The grounds are walled by the craters rim and guarded by the priests and their trained native animals, and closer to the Temple twenty acres of land are enclosed in a large gated wall to further increase the seclusion. The hallways and rooms of the Temple run far into the ground of the craters wall and descend beneath the bottom of the crater to create a labyrinth of accomodation, libraries, meditation rooms, practise grounds, dining rooms, diplomatic offices and laboratories and administrative rooms, as well as chambers for prisons and questioning. The architecture inside is wide and spacious, marked by colonated corridors, valuted ceilings and an almost gothic emptiness. There are few amentities, everything is made for effect and impact, and all spaces within the Cathedral are lit only by simple burning fires and torches, or in more high-tech areas, by soft glow rods and glow bulbs. The top layers of the Temple are accessible to all visitors who gain entry, but the lower and back levels of the sancturn are attainable only through the help of an authorised Priest. Droids are permitted in the public areas, but banned expect for special purposes in the restricted areas. Any unknown use of Force will alert the priests, who are formidable warriors as well as sages, and they will descend upon the intruder, along with the special house guard of non-force users.
The Aedile's Office has been specially moved. Usually paralell to the Quaestor's Office on the other side, it has been moved to the highest floor of the Cathedral, in a large tower jutting from the main dome of the temple. Atop there, there is a better view of Nissar high above.
The Tetrarch's chambers are in what is commonly known as the Barracks, the sleeping wing of each of Dominatus non-summit areas. They are larger than standard, fitted with a more advanced computer system and located at the head of the corridor at the end of the barracks, along with doors to the other priests' rooms line the way.
Another empty wing holds the same features, in anticipation of opening a new Phyle.
Perhaps Dominatus most feared feature, is its unique feature located in the center of the Temple. In the largest dome of the Cathedral which one reaches after passing through the main entrance, there is a small enclosed garden of natuved plants, eerily lit by soft lights from high above. In the center of this garden, is a large waterfall
carved of some unknown stone. It has been fashioned into the likeness of a Wolf, a Serpent and an Eagle in dramatic poses, each with their backs facing each other, but joining near the base, and
from each's mouth s mall geyser of water drops into the pool below. Lastly from the center of these three beasts, rises a crest overhead, facing in the same directions as each animal. A shield, emblazoned with a winged sword hilt down, entwined in a serpent and set with wolf eyes in the hilt, this being the crest of Dominatus.
