Acting Commodore's Thoughts

Good evening pilots,

We are still pursuing the Commodore, and I firmly believe we are closer than ever to finding him once and for all! Last week's clues lead us to the Kuat Drive Yards where more clues were found and sent to the Google Groups. I have a good feeling we will find him soon.

In our continuing efforts to find our valiant Commodore, I've assigned TIE TC 244 as the new simulator missions to fly for this week. I've decided to pick this battle, because Tempest made it, and we ALL know he's the Commodore's favourite. There may be clues to his whereabouts in there! (Personally, I think we should seriously consider the possibility that Tempest kidnapped him so that I could be in command... Keep that in mind as you fly it. I've assigned WC TIE to keep a close eye on him in the meantime.)

LC Plif is still in the lead for the Star Conflict portion of the Find the COM competition. We have quite a few participants earning LoCs (currently 6), and it is fair to say that the race is still wide open. Remember, the pilot who earns the most LoCs by the 1st of February gets an IS-GW!

This week we bid adieu to COL Wolfverine who leaves us for the reserves. I have now lost three pilots in the absence of our esteemed leader, and I now fear for my life.

The month of January will end in 7 days. Commanders should have already begun their MSEs for January! They are due to me on February 7th at the latest. Do take the opportunity to be early.

Oh, and several of you earned MSE medals and MoCs.

Question From the Plebs... I mean Pilots

Due to my immense popularity, wit and charm, I get asked a lot of questions by the pilots of Wing II. Every week I read and answer one.

This week's question came from COL La'an and GN Yoda. They Asks:

Q: Colonel, Sir, may we please call you Berty?

A: Absolutely not. The worst part is that you didn't even ask! I had to forge your question! You will refer to me as Colonel, Sir, or Acting Commodore!

Want your question answered by Colonel Frown? send it in to ehfrown@gmail.com

Conclusion

It seems more and more likely that the Commodore is not merely on some renegade crusade, but that he was possibly kidnapped. My concern grows daily.

We must endeavour to find him this week! Before it is too late!

In service,

Colonel Gilbert H. Frown,
Wing Commander, Wing II
