Commodore's Thoughts

We have been moving right along through a quiet week here on the Warrior. There was plenty of activity from the usual suspects, as we are currently adequately represented on both kill boards. Plif and Wraith lead MP and SP respectfully.

Submissions are starting to trickle in for the "ISD Warrior: the story begins!" competition, for which the full details are in the competitions section of this report. Remember that the best idea for a sequel mission (that will be built) will earn it's inventor an IS-BR. Ideas are to be sent to me. The usual GW, SW, BW combo is available for the top three scores of TIE Free 287 should the participation be adequate! Let's not force me to downgrade it to IS-SW... That would make me a sad panda.

Colonel Frown is on leave this week. But we'll see if we can't get him on the line for a Q & A. Last I checked, he was a very connected individual with his ship's well being at heart... so we'll see!

The MSE situation should resolve itself soon enough as we've heard from our SOO this week that it is his highest priority. Let's all remember that your CMDRs and I recommended lots of high end awards, and that he is only one man. The process is not perfect, but it has proven itself over the years. Luckily, we got one of our most important promotions through this week. Many congratulations go out to Major Plif. Plif proved himself to be a superior commander, and even better pilot with his flying activity and leadership of Sin for the last few months. A very much deserved rank increase, for one of our most beloved warriors. Only 4 more months and he can aspire to the most coveted rank in the fleet (which is to say Tempest covets it enough for us all!).

Conclusion

We're almost half way through summer, and I think the CMDRs and I will get together and discuss our options for August competitions. We had a long term plan but I think it ran into a few accidents.
