Welcome to the COO Report #15!

Raise the Flag was a huge success! Lots of Legions of Combat. I forgot to write a report for May, so I'm combining May and June's report. After some discussion, I am announcing that Star Conflict's Team Battle mode can now be used for the COO Monthly Challenge. Also, custom matches can be used again, I know that Detonation Mode does not come up very often, so Detonation mode custom matches will most likely be what everyone uses for this months competition. If you do set up a custom match, I would prefer to see 2v2 custom matches.

I waited to award May's medals until after RtF, and that time is now. CM Landon Cruise took 1st place(IS-GW) with 342 points, CPT Plif took second place IS-SW) with 127 points and LT Jeffery Donger took third (IS-BW) with 74 points. The results of May's COO Monthly Challenge are: CM Landon Cruise winning it with three entries, 21 kills, 20 kills and 17 kills and earning a DFC for his efforts. CPT Plif submitted an entry with 20 kills. Star Conflict's Combat Recon ended with CM Landon Cruise with 8 captain kills/survivals (IS-GW), CPT Starkillerny with 5 captain kills/survivals (IS-SW), and COL Jarek La'an with 4 captain kills/survivals (IS-BW).

June competitions were put on hold for Raise the Flag, except the COO Monthly Challenge, and those awards have already been given out as part of the competition. For the MP Ace of June it was CM Landon Cruise in first place with 348 points, CPT Plif in second place with 329 points, and LCM Chrome in third place with 288 points. All awards for June were part of RtF and already awarded.

Competitions

COO Monthly Challenge 2014
This competition will be for the coveted DFC. Your goal will be to submit a victory screenshot with highest number of kills that you can get in one round of Star Conflict's Domination and/or Team Battle mode. So in other words, you will need to get as many kills as you can during Domination and/or Team Battle, then manually submit that screenshot by e-mail to the COO Office (currently COO RA Crsepe, main Combat Event contact, AND SOO RA Zósite K. Styles). You can see the results of last month by clicking on the the competition in the Combat Center.

Star Conflict's Detonation 2
This will be a repeat of March's competition. In a Detonation mode game, be the one to plant the bomb, and get a victory.

Closing Remarks
As ever I am always honored to have a multitude of pilots that are willing to keep me busy processing LoC's and earning medals for their efforts. Seeing as how this report is a tad bit longer than normal, I am going to wrap it up with a reiteration that Team Battles are now authorized for COO Monthly Challenge, and that pilots can now use custom missions again, but with the stipulation that they be 2v2 to keep it fair. As always feel free to come to me with any questions or ideas, as I have an open door policy and will always take the time to listen to the pilots of the TC.

Just a heads up as well, I'm told that Star Wars: The Old Republic's Galactic Starfighter will be added as a MP platform before the end of the month, all pilots who fly that particular game, be on the look out, as I will make an announcement when you can start submitting for LoCs.
