Welcome to the twentyseventh and twentyeighth Beta Squadron Weekly Report!

We had an excellent two weeks, Beta has a full roster, thanks to Commander Cruise's Star Conflict recruiting spree! Multiplayer activity is on the rise accordingly, although I want to mention here, that even our newest recruits are free to play (pun intended) some single player battles in any of the four Star Wars flight sims! We currently have  XWA-TC #1 and TIE-TC #172 in Beta competitions, also TIE-free #27, XvT-free #11 and XWA-free #14 count towards the Hammer on Patrol competition! Just fly the mission(s) and when you are done, send me your pilot file!

There are two pilots who reached the "50 good answer" mark in the trivia, their Bronze Ribbons are on their way! Congrats, Kenath and Julon!

There's also an IWATS/IU race going on, currently the only Betan in the ring is Lieutenant Calthranus (who is now a certified Stormtrooper, no less)! Keep it up, LT, we want to see you win that! A fiction writing event for Beta will be submitted for approval soon, I will keep all of you updated when it's live.

I would like to "officially" welcome the new recruits, namely Lieutenants Warrior Ferret, DeMiko, Roadkill and Rostam! All of them already earned their multiple Legions of Combats, I'm sure the MP board will be crowded this month!

Also, with Alpha Squadron reopened again, we'll have to say farewell to Lieutenant Chrome, who left us to be a Flight Leader under Landon's command. Best of luck to you, Chrome!

Julon Lommax: Lieutenant Lommax has been presented with an Imperial Securiy Medal for his activity level in April, an Iron Star with Bronze Wings for placing third in the SCBH 2, and also an Iron Star with Bronze Ribbon for winning Trivia Round 13 and another one with Silver Ribbon for winning this week's trivia and scoring a win for the third time in a row! Excellent work, Julon, congratulations!

Kyle Kroan: I had the honor of being awarded with a Silver Star of the Empire! I couldn't have achieved this without any of you, so congratulations goes out to every Betan on the roster!

Chrome: Lieutenant Chrome has been promoted in the Fleet Commander's Honor Guard to the rank of Grenadier! Congratulations!

DeMiko: Lieutenant DeMiko has also been promoted in the Fleet Commander's Honor Guard to the rank of Lancer! Congratulations!
