Opening Remarks
I purposely delayed the release of this week's WSR so I can introduce and Welcome our Newest Pilot. SL Zephon who already had a long history in the EHDB has finally joined our ranks. Welcome to Kappa SL!!!
Also releasing a SW Fan Club report on Star Wars day just feels right.
A Congratulations to Capt Plift and LT Rhace for tying for first place in April's PoM Both should be receiving a IS-BR. Rhace also won the Kappa on Patrol Comp as well. A IS-SW is on the way for his efforts. Capt. PLif came in 2nd for the KoP and is set to receive a a IS-BW for his troubles. The medals were submitted but with the website issues I don't think they have been processed yet.
Kappa in a Can Comp was opened to the Squad Members to vote once the votes are in I'll announce the winner and submit the IS-BR.
General News
Today is Star Wars's so i hope you have a good day and do something in honor of your love of Star Wars.
It looks like the TC website is having more issuses and I'm sure LoC requests are not being processed or there must be such a backlog that it is taking a awhile for the medals to be handed out. So if you are waiting for LoC's to be processed like I am just be patient and let's hope the problem is fixed soon. LoC's counts will not be listed till I can confirm a accurate count. Please Keep track of how many LoC you submitted for so we can know if there is a error.
April's Monthly Squad Evaluation was submitted on May 1st so hopefully the TCCOM's, SOO's and Frodo's review comes back soon and a new round of medals (hopefully) will be going out.

Squad to do List:
If there are simple things i see that need to be done i'll list them here but for now here are some housekeeping items all member's need to do since we moved to a new ISDII and a new Squad.
All member's should up load your new UNIFORMS ASAP. Someone spent a lot of time redoing them for you so please use them. This is also a Squad Requirement gentlemen. If you need help doing so please let your FL know and they will help you upload your uniform to the Database and your profile.
Fly Missions ... Kappa only has ZERO Citations and we need to change that!!!
Recurit New members – Its time to fill in our ranks and get more activiy flowing! Remember MoI's are awarded for recruiting new members so go get them!
Squad Orders/Guidelines (not the fun part of the report but it’s important)
1) Real Life Comes first – If at any time a Squad Member or any EH member’s Real life prevents them from being active or if they need a extended LoA no one in this Flight will show that member any Malice or any ill will. Anything can happen to anyone at any time and we need to respect that. This serves as a reminder that this club comes second to any Real Life Issues and as such We will always wish that member well and on the member return they will be welcomed back with open arms.
a. Any Member facing a real life situation should report to the FL or Squad CMDR as soon as they are able to. This way we can record your LoA and not bother you with constant AWOL checks.
b. If you don’t report in then the TC’s AWOL policy will be followed.
2) Remember to always follow the EH’s CoC. http://www.emperorshammer.org/page.php?page=coc , the cheating policy http://www.emperorshammer.org/page.php?page=cheat and the Articles of War http://www.emperorshammer.org/page.php?page=aow
3) Report about activity before I release next weekly flight report (Reports will be prepared approximately on Saturday Evening’s at about 7:00pm EST). Even if you did nothing you should still report and say that you did nothing.
4) Keep activity on good level (IU/IWATS, flying or anything you can do). This club is about activity and fun, not just boring hang around
5) Participate in Competitions! Those are designed and run to give YOU something to have fun with.
6) Make Suggestions if you come up with a idea that the Squad could benefit from please email your FL or Myself with your idea and a quick write up on how we can implement it. All Suggestions will be considered. They might not be enacted but they will be considered.
7) On any email about any Squad/ Flight level event or discussion please make sure all FM’s are cc’ed. This way we all know what we are all up to and can be a part of the team. Of course Emails of conflicts or problems should be emailed to your FL and myself as your chain of Command.
Closing Remarks
So with the Arrival of our First new pilot I expect this to be the begining of major changes to Kappa Squadrion. His changes I hope will bring me more activity flooding my inbox and that we can build Kappa Squadron up to the great height we all want it to be!
Kappa will emerge victorious from every challenge we face but only if we stick together and out perform the other Squadrons! Pilots get strapped in and let's make History!
