TIE Corps Command Report
Weekly Report #52 – Submission date: March 10th 2014
Introduction

Welcome to another TCCOM report,

I’m afraid this report does not bring the good news we’ve had recently. Beta Squadron has just lost two of its pilots to the reserves, as both LT Ragnar Thorzan and SL Harlequn have asked for the transfer due to real life time constraints. We wish them a fast return to our ranks.

Sadly, these unexpected departures get us a little distant of the goal of opening a new ship, as we still are expecting a few AWOLs due to Monthly Squadron Evaluations, so too many open spots will be open for us to consider this at this time. We’ll get there eventually.

Speaking of MSEs, I’d like to apologize for the delay in their assessments. Seems RA Zósite might have had another issue in real life, and since his input is of utmost importance for these procedures, I’ll give it a little while longer. Sit tight, they’ll be sorted out soon. I still expect the remaining MSEs to be submitted.

I’ve watched with great interest as the Lambda vs. Beta competition developed this week, and I must say I could not be more proud of both squadrons. Congratulations to Lambda on an amazing victory, but also congratulations to Beta, who gave them a hell of a fight, despite being a couple participating pilots short. I’m certain your evaluations for this month will reflect all your efforts. Well done! I look forward to more competitions like this one!

LT Landon Cruise was kind enough to create a Twitter account for the TIE Corps, thus strengthening our online presence. Check the account at: https://twitter.com/Tie_Corps/. The TC thanks you, LT Cruise!

So, the AWOL season hasn’t even begun, and we already lost two pilots. Not good. We should intensify recruiting efforts, if we are to reach our objectives.
