Well, another great week for the TIE Corps as once again the commissioning of a new squadron is imminent - the TCCOM has announced only a little more time before Lambda Squadron will join us on the Hammer, with the former SOO, COL Jarek la'an, at the helm. Good luck, sir!

More great news came this week as once again our numbers increased, this time LC Quincy Nelson has returned to active duty. Welcome!

Yesterday, all Deltonians were greeted with an email announcing the new wiki based squadron competition. Already I have 2 submissions, but nothing has been won as the speed with which you submit an answer is decisive for winning. So if you haven't yet submitted anything, you still have a week left to go...

As soon as this report is done, I'll be pondering medal recommendations for January's activity. Let's see what our new SOO will bestow upon us!

This week also saw massive amounts of mailing list activity, mostly about the aforementioned Lambda Squadron.

And then, earlier today, the SOO announced a new TC wide competition - one everyone can enter: the ISD-II Hammer still needs a nickname and a motto. So everyone who has any ideas, flood the SOO's e-mail address with your suggestions.

Lastly, I'm happy to say the total number of missions flown this week by Deltonians was TWICE the number of last week, at a grand total of 2... We can do better...

SOO starts new TC competition

The task ahead is simple, my apprentices: below you will find two articles on (the English version of) wikipedia, and two articles on Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki. The task for both is to get from one to the other in as few clicks as possible. Whoever scores the least amount of clicks wins.

Medals to be won: an IS-BR for every weekly winner of each quest, and an IS-SR and IS-BR for the overall winner/runner-up at the end of the month.

Each click used gives you a 1 point penalty from your week's starting total of 10 points, so efveryone begins with 40 points. At the end of the month: whoever scores the lowest number of points has won!

Delta's Weekly Trivia

Each day of the week (Mon-Fri) you will receive an email with a trivia

question, same as before. 3 pts for the first correct answer, 2 pts for

second and 1 pt for 3rd. At the end of the week, the one with the

most points wins the shiny. As usual, there's extra shinies available for

accumulating set amounts of points.

Delta's Wiki Quest

Each report in February: 2/2, 9/2, 16/2, 23/2) will hold a wiki challenge

for you: one on Wikipedia and one on Wookieepedia. I will give you two

random articles, and the object of the game is to get from one to

the other in as few clicks as possible. Each week there will be a winner

on each wiki.

Each week you will score points: 10 minus the number of clicks you submitted.

At the end of the month, the one with the highest score overall wins.

Submissions are accepted until the next report is released.

Ace of the TIE Corps

Each mission flown during a month will count towards your score, with shinies for the top 3 pilots.

At the end of the year, the TC's Top Gun will win a rare IS-PW!

MP Ace of the TIE Corps

Each multiplayer victory flown during a month will count towards your score, with shinies for the top 3 pilots.

At the end of the year, the TC's Top Gun will win a rare IS-PW!

Star Conflict's Beacon Hunt

This will be a test of your skill to capture as many beacons as you can in one round with a victory.

In layman's terms, in a Beacon Hunt mode game, capture the beacon as many times as you can in one round.

Mjölnir?! Whatever...
