Introduction

Greetings,

Fortunately, Zósite Kónstyte Styles has decided to accept the invitation to become the new Strategic Operations Officer, after the resignation of FA Jarek La’an. RA Zósite has acquired an impressive amount of knowledge on the fleet’s procedures in the past years, which was necessary for his database upgrading activities. More importantly, his ability as a leader has been proved time and again, at the Squadron Commander level, and I have no doubt that he will do even better as an Admiral.

With the change in the TC Admiralty board, we’ve decided to change a little bit how the activities are reported. I’ll continue to report on every roster changes and promotions, while RA Zósite reports on medal awards, uniforms, and everything else SOO related.

Another very important promotion was that of Gamma CMDR Elwood the Brave to the rank of Colonel! It is a huge deal this promotion, and COL Woody deserved it a lot. Congratulations, Woody, you make us very proud!

SL Ragnar Thorzan has been promoted to Lieutenant for his activities since joining the TIE Corps active roster. Glad to see the younger members progressing! Keep it up, LT Thorzan!

Description: This will be a test of your skill to capture as many beacons as you can in one round with a victory. In layman's terms, in a Beacon Hunt mode game, capture the beacon as many times as you can in one round.

Description: The MP Kill Board will used to keep track of points. Each LoC earns you a point for the competition, and a DFC counts for 5 points. Whoever scores most points win. The numbers on the MP KillBoard at the end of the month are the numbers that are tallied. If there are three participants then IS-GW/SW/BW, if only two IS-SW/BW, etc. At the end of the year the top 3 pilots with the most points will receive IS-PW/GW/SW/BW. XWA, XvT, Star Conflict, and Freelancer-Freeworlds are the authorized platforms for this competition.

Description: As always: every SP mission flown wins a point, whoever has most points at the end of the month wins. IS-GW/SW/BW for top 3 monthly, at the end of the year the top 4 pilots win IS-PW/GW/SW/BW. Each mission only counts once towards this competition, missions flown in previous years can be reflown.
The Kill Board statistics on the TC website are final.

Conclusion

Once again I’d like to thank COL La’an’s dedication to the SOO position. The club is a much better place because of him. Still, we have now an opportunity to see new ideas being implemented, and to improve our club in new aspects, and we’ll definitely take it. Zós has my total support and confidence. Let’s all make the best of what we can.
