Welcome to the eighth Beta Squadron Weekly Report!

This will be a short one, just to let the people off the ship to celebrate the Galactic New Year with their loved ones.

Activity was low, but again, it's expected. Zoron still managed to do some MP, and some nice medals were awarded for Wiki work as well. We were not successful in either of our competitions, but the new year will bring new chances!

Happy New Year, everyone, and remember: don't drink and fly!

While George Lucas was filming on location in Tunisia, the Libyan government became worried about a massive military vehicle parked near the Libyan border. Consequently, the Tunisian government, receiving threats of military mobilization, politely asked Lucas to move his Jawa sandcrawler farther away from the border.

Kenath Zonor: for his excellent combat performance, our colonel has bagged 9 Legions of Combat, and a Silver Star of the Empire for his contributions to the EH Wiki!

Jarion Renald: For his continuing work on the EH Wiki, he has been presented with a Palpatine Crescent!

Tek Selkirk: Tek has been decorated with an Iron Star with Bronze Ribbon for third place in the Top 5 Combat Rating Renaming Competition! Excellent work, Major!
