The poll for the new games has ended. Here
are the games we will evaluate:

Discovery Mod of Freelancer
Fate of Galaxy
Star Trek Online
World of Warplanes
Now we need to know who owns
those games, especially those not FTP ones on that list. Everyone with one or
more of those games should contact SOO Pellaeon, TCCOM Elwood and myself by
mail.

COO's Monthly Challenge 2017 -
April-
whole TC
This Combat Event will be for the Distinguished Flying Cross for the current month.
Your goal will be to submit a victory screenshot with the highest number of
kills + half assists you can get in one round of and Star Conflict PvP matches. For this event, Assists are counted, but
only at half weight and we round down. If a pilot finishes a match with 10
kills and 5 Assists, the score for the match would be recorded as 12.
Submissions to this competition are made through the database like any other
24/7 LoC submission. While processing LoCs, the COO and COOA keep an eye out
for new personal bests and update a shared spreadsheet.

Corps 2017 - whole TC
The Multiplayer Kill Board
will used to keep track of points. Each LoC earns you a point for the
competition, and a DFC counts for 5 points. Whoever scores most points win.
The numbers on the MP Kill Board at the end of the month are the numbers that
are tallied. If there are three participants then IS-GW/SW/BW, if only two
IS-SW/BW, etc. At the end of the year the top 3 pilots with the most points
will receive IS-PW/GW/SW.

Assignment –

The aim of
this competition is to get the highest Assists in a single PvE battle in Star
Conflict.
Every victorious screen counted, even when it does not fulfil the
requirements for a LoS.
Submissions to this competition are made through the database like any other
24/7 LoS submission. While processing LoSs, the COO
and COOA keep an eye out for new personal bests and update the shared spreadsheet.
Even NON LoS screen can be submitted this way and will be approved by the COO
staff without LoS.

COO's Star Wars
Challenge; Episode III - whole TC
The COO's Star Wars Challenge is a competition designed to promote and reward
the playing of MP matches based on a Star Wars platform. Simply submit your
MP Screenshot report as normal, and the COO and COOA will track the number of
matches played on any Star Wars MP platform, such as XvT,
XWA, BF3, and all other approved MP platforms. Both PvP
and PvE matches count towards a pilot's total. The player with the highest
overall Star Wars based MP victories will win each month, and for the year
over all. Normal Screenshot submission requirements apply. Screenshots that
are submitted that were not taken in a given month, or very close to the
start of it, will not count towards that month's total, but will count for
the yearly total.

Every
week I will include an encoded transmission in my COO report. Your task will
be to decode the transmission.
The
code will be slightly different every week, but follow a basic pattern. The
letters will be moved for a given number of positions in the alphabet to the
right or left.
The
theme of the transmission will be the Star Wars based and a hint will be
given.
The
first pilot sending the correct answer to the mailing list wins.
Each
victory earns you an IS-BR. 5th victory will be updated to an IS-SR, 10th to
an IS-GR and 25th to an IS-PR.
