ANNOUNCEMENTS

Some spotty activity this week, here are the highlights:


  1. The MSE has been completed and returned. A slow month for us and no Merit Medals awarded. However we do have one promotion, please join me in congratulating Captain Lanil Jast of Sigma on his promotion!
  2. Welcome back to Major Pete Mitchel who joins the keepers of the Hype, Kappa Squadron!
  3. This week Commanders and I will begin discussing the results of the survey and see what we can do to improve the TIE Corps. The survey is still open here if you want to still respond to the survey. I promise no reprisal will come from taking part in the survey in any way. In February, The Commanders and I will look to address these issues as best we can.
  4. As promised, the spread sheet is live. Use my entry as an example.

COMMODORE'S ACTIVITY

I really want to fly, but haven't had the time to recently. Here is what I have been up to:

  • Email and Telegram activity.
  • Creating spread sheet.
  • COM duties
CONCLUSION

There has been a discussion the last few days (and also somwhat longer in the various corners of the ship), that Star Conflict is not what it used to be and is no longer fun to play. I tend to agree with that thought. It was fun, but now if you play higher levels, you run the risk of fighting agains a destroyer or two in a tiny little ship. Now all of this having been said, that leaves us with no real MP option.


Based on the survey, I see that roughly a quarter of the ship would like to seee more LoC/LoS Races. So I ask unto you the membership, would you like to see a new MP platform or is Star Conflict okay? Whatever the answer, I will help you to the best of my ability.

The only way forward is Through.
