OVERVIEW

Here we go with another weekly report from your TCCOM's desk. The most troublesome news this past week is for sure the lost contact to Alpha Commander and Combat Operations Officer Assistant Commander Michael LeRoy. I know that there are always reasons for people to loose contact due to RL or other issues. But if a Squadron Commander, one of the most important positions within the TIE Corps structure, looses contact, swift actions need to be taken in the best interest of the TIE Corps. That is why the Hammer Commodore, Vice Admiral Miles Prower, and I decided that it was time to transfer Commander Michael LeRoy to a Flight Member position in Alpha. As he didn't complete his minimum ToD as Squadron Commander, I had but no choice but to strip him off his Commander rank and demote him to Lieutenant Commander, his rank before he was assigned as Alpha Commander. The position of Alpha Commander is now open to applications. If you have at least SM/4 or equivalent or intend to take it within reasonable time, and if you have an e-mail turnaround time of no more than 24 hours, send an application to the Hammer Commodore, Vice Admiral Miles Prower, cc'ing the SOO, Fleet Admiral Pellaeon, and myself. With this transfer also came the removal of Lieutenant Commander Michael LeRoy from his duties as Combat Operations Officer. I hope Lieutenant Commander Michael LeRoy is doing well and will find his way back to us soon. After making contact with us again after a couple of weeks of silence, Lieutenant Commander LeRoy decided to step down from all TC position and request his transfer to the RSV. Now on to some long overdue medals. I have to admit that the annual awards for TCoP - 2016 slipped me through. After General Golbez Harvey reminded me of those, I handed out the IS-PW to him for winning last years TCoP. The IS-GW for coming second went to General Coranel Both. Belated congratulations to the both of you, and thanks to General Golbez HArvey for reminding me! The IS-SW for third went to myself. On other good news, we can celebrate the promotion of Lieutenant Commander Hav Antiel to the rank of Commander. Congratulations, Commander! A well deserved promotion! And here are even more good news. Last week saw the return of another old TIE Corps vet. Welcome home Commander Tygra Shadowclaw. He joins us as Delta 2-4 after a longer inactive stint. The January MShipEs are due bye now. The Hammer one has already been processed and all medals were handed out. The Warrior one is in the works and should be out in a couple of days. That's at leastb what I was told. I have good hope though. On to some more bad news. LT Rathe Alima has decided to transfer to the RSV. May you find your way back to us soon, Lieutenant!
