I apologize for the lateness of this report, my computer has decided to be difficult, but for the time being is behaving. No fiction this week, but I do have a couple of announcements. Let's get to it:

1. Top on our list is the announcement of a new Sigma Commander. Please join me in welcoming Commander Lanil Jast! I look forward to working with you and all the Squadron Commanders!
2. After about a week we have 5 responses to the survey. In general they are positive and I think most of what people want is doable. I will do my best to be more communicative with all of you. I am a believer in activity breeding activity. I would like to hear from more of you as well, this link HERE will take you to the survey. I promise no reprisal will come from taking part in the survey in any way. In February, The Commanders and I will look to address these issues as best we can.
3. Another Star Conflict announcement: They have started producing two different end game screens now. You only need the individual screenshot (the new end of game screen) for the COO and SOO competitions. Regular LoCs and LoSs only require the normal screenshot.
4. I forgot to make an availablity sheet for this week's report. For the next report, I will create a time sheet and send the link so that everyone can put down when they are available and what type of match they want to play. Also, if anyone is looking for someone to fly with, feel free to drop me an email or telegram PM. I believe some Hammer Pilots also send out emails when they are flying, I encourage you to join them if you are looking for wingmen.

It was one crazy week, but here is what I did manage to accomplish

• Keeping track of the Survey.
• Worked with the TCCOM and SOO on appointing a new Sigma Commander.
• Worked a small ammount on the Fiction Proposal.
• Email and Telegram activity.

Two wordy reports in a row, jeez I need to cut back on the caff. If you made it this far, you get a gold star. No not the medal, a Rear Admiral Lenny's gold star, which goes on the Warrior Good Noodle board. Get 10 gold stars and you get a free drink in the cantina.
