RTF MP BONUS COMPETITION RESULTS! Well, between myself, Silvius and Elwood, we have processed the screens of 2447 MP matches - each one individually scrutinised for Kills, Star Wars Matches, RtF bonus points, LoS/No LoS etc. A HUGE task, and my deepest thanks go out to all those who helped - Woody and Silvius for processing, and every pilot who emailed notification of anything we needed to watch for. STAR CONFLICT TUTORIALS Star Conflict Tutorials: Engineering Frigates There are fresh tutorials for Star Conflict! This time, the Engineering frigate is up. Check it out, and see if you can learn anything new to give you that extra edge! BATTLEFRONT; CHANGES TO FIGHTER SQUADRON Here are some choice take aways from the recent release notes following the Bespin Update and patch: Fighter Squadron: Increased the score limit from 200 to 400. Scoring: Explosive bonus and kill streak have been hidden in the score log. Players will keep getting extra points for performing more than 4 kills within a life, but there will be no text in the score log. Rebel Vehicles: Added a modifier to X-Wing, A-Wing, and Millennium Falcon weapon energy when the shield is active. While active, weapons deal 25% less damage than what they do when the shields are not active. Team Scramble: Added functionality for scrambling teams at map change. Text chat (PC): Has been added to various places in the game, such as loading screens, lobby and End-of-Round.

COO COMPETITIONS FOR June 2016

This Month's Competitions: COMBAT EVENTS COO Monthly Challenge 2016: - whole TC STRAIGHT UP KILLS Assisting your team-mates is almost always the right course of action. But sometimes, it really is just every pilot for themselves... The aim of this event is to score the highest pure 'kills' score. Assists/AI kills will not be counted towards your total. This Combat Event is a multi-platform event. Any platform in which PvP kills can be confirmed (as opposed to AI kills) is valid. Submitted screens must clearly show PvP kills, as well as meeting all usual victory requirements (Battlefront players, for example, will need to submit their main match report and the separate kills/deaths summary screen. this can be done by submitting two screens during normal submitting process). June Standings: Top 3 ranked pilots: 1st - VA Hawkins 2nd - MAJ Keth Aalith 3rd - COL Rau Aznable COMPETITIONS MP Ace Of The TIE Corps 2016 - whole TC The Multiplayer Kill Board will used to keep track of points. Each LoC earns you a point for the competition, and a DFC counts for 5 points. Whoever scores most points win. The numbers on the MP KillBoard at the end of the month are the numbers that are tallied. If there are three participants then IS-GW/SW/BW, if only two IS-SW/BW, etc. At the end of the year the top 3 pilots with the most points will receive IS-PW/GW/SW. June Standings: Top 3 ranked pilots: 1st - MAJ Keth Aalith 2nd - VA Hawkins 3rd - COL Rau Aznable MP Co-op Ace Of The TIE Corps 2016 - whole TC The Co-op Kill Board will used to keep track of points. Simply submit your MP Screenshot report as normal, and the COO and COOA will track the number of matches played on any Star Wars MP platform, such as XvT, XWA, BF3, and all other approved MP platforms. Both PvP and PvE matches count towards a pilot's total. The player with the highest overall Star Wars based MP victories will win each month, and for the year over all. Normal Screenshot submission requirements apply. Screenshots that are submitted that were not taken in a given month, or very close to the start of it, will not count towards that month's total, but will count for the yearly total.
