OVERVIEW
Another year passed by, another time a last TCCOM report of the year, this time from me and not from Dan, as last time. A lot has happened during this year, a lot ha changed, but even more remained the same, just as it should be. It was an interesting year, 2015. Good old Dan made me SOO and asked the Fleet Commander to make me TCCOM after he stepped down only a couple of weeks afterwards and right in time to take over the helm of the TIE Corps for another instalment of Raise the Flag. But that wasn't all Dan did in his last weeks as TCCOM. He finally managed to get the outdated TCPM updated after quite a long time of no changes. He brought us the long requested MP COOP medal, the Legion of Skirmish, with these updates in the TCPM, and he separated the FCHG system from the combat rating system.

But not all changes we saw last year had to do with good old Dan. The whole TIE Corps Command Staff has been exchanged during the year. First position was that of the TCCOM, when Dan stepped down and I took over. Next one was Pellaeon whom I assigned as SOO right after my assignment. Last but not least was the new COO, RA Hawkins, who replaced AD Crsepe after a long ToD as COO.

And to make the whole change in the command structure complete, HA Anahorn Dempsey replaced me as COM of the ISD II Hammer when I stepped up as SOO, and, about half a year later, after the resignation of HA Frodo March, VA Plif became new COM of the ISD II Warrior.

Enough ramblings about TCCS positions though. One of the major events this year was of course RtF - 2015. There've been slight issues, small glitches, and of course personal issues, during this month long event in June, as they always occur during these huge competitions. Still it was a great time, a big event and we saw, again, a barely unmatched amount of activity.

One of the most exciting events for the whole Emperor's Hammer also started here in the TIE Corps, with the discussion about Battle Front 2015 being accepted as TC gaming platform. The resurrection of the Hammer's Fist as a Sub Group of the Emperor's Hammer. A huge step for the Emperor's Hammer as we finally have a FPS focused Sub Group again.

Speaking of Battle Front. All of you know that I accepted Battle Front's flight mode (space mode, or what ever it is called in game) as a gaming platform for the TIE Corps on probation. This time is over. I won't accept it on a probational status any more. After some discussions with the TCCS I decided that it is about time to give the flight mode of Battle Front 2015 my approval as TC gaming platform. No more probation time. Now let's see if the forecast of some of you will become true and BF will be the most important gaming platform of the EH ever and a vital part of its future.

Talking about the future is always good and we are of course looking into a good future if we keep on getting fresh blood among our ranks. So please all welcome to the TIE Corps the fresh promoted SL Syntroth who was assigned to Beta 2-3 a couple of minutes ago, and to SL Bodhan Grayson, who was assigned to Kappa 1-3 last week.

In addition to these new Sub-Lieutenants we also keep on having old vets return, just like COL Daniel Stephens who joins Kappa as Kappa 1-4 directly from a longer stint on the Phoenix. Welcome back!

And as if these News haven't been enough, SL Zagro Fenn managed to gain his promotion to full Lieutenant last week and we had a good round of drinks on him!

On the competition front we saw in my last report the early winners of the TIE Corps on Patrole - 2015 competition and the award of the prestigious Iron Star with Platinum Wings to GN Pickled Yoda for his victory. With this report comes the results of the last round for TCoP - 2015 and the last monthly winners. Congratulations to COL Golbez Harvey on winning another round of the TIE section and to GN Pickled Yoda on winning the XvT and XWA sections this time. The monthly winner is COL Golbez Harvey with 45 points, followed by GN Pickled Yoda with 39 and GN Coranel Both with 13 points. Medals are on their way to your inboxes gentlemen!

I will continue to host another version of TIE Corps on Patrole in 2016 with some minor changes. I hope we'll see at least an as high participation next year as we saw in 2015.

FINAL WORDS
It has been a pleasure and an honor for me to serve you as Hammer COM, SOO and most of all as TCCOM in 2015. I know there've been some decision I made that some of you disliked. But you know, serving in a command position often requires to make unpleasant decisions. So please bear with me as I always have only one intention in all I do here. The better of the TIE Corps and the Emperor's Hammer as a whole! I hope you will keep working together with me in 2016 to keep the TIE Corps an as pleasant and interesting place as it has been for over 2 decades now.

respectfully submitted
