OVERVIEW

Due to some issues that arose during the last month change the TC Admiralty decided that the listing of MP and SP submissions on the ATRs and the killboards will from now on be submission date based and not approval date based as it has been in the past. This way there will be no more issues with last minute submissions for MP comps and last minute bsfs with High Scores needing approval by he COO/TAC. This at least goes for the killboards and ATR based competitions as those will add the according activity to the killboard with the date it has been submitted to the database. A LoC screen submitted during the last hours of a month will count toward the month it has been submitted in, no matter if the COO staff can only approve it in the next month. A side effect of this change is that the ATRs can be inaccurate for a couple of days in the past. It is always possible that the COO staff ot the TAC has a bit of stuff on their processing queue. These submissions will be missing in the pilots ATR until they've been approved. With the experience from the past I would say that everything on the ATR that's about 2 day old is accurate. This means that for WSRs there'll be a short time in which activities might be already submitted to the database but not listed on the ATR before the WSR is done. As soon as those already submitted activities are approved they will be listed on the ATR prior to the WSR and thus might also go missed in the next WSR. Please keep this in mind when writing your WSRs CMDRs! For MSEs this should be not that big of an issue as those are usually done at least a day or two in the new month. All activities from the past month should be accurate by than on the pilots ATRs. On to the important news. There've been 2 promotions again this past week. Lieutenant Leocadio has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander and Lieutenant Colonel John T. Clark has been promoted to the rank of full Colonel. Both well deserved promotions. Congratulations you two! VA Plif is in the final stages of creating the TIE Corps Newsletter. I am curious about it.
