Warriors,
It is with great humility that I accepted the position of Commodore of this
mighty ship. For HA Frodo March, I have nothing but the utmost respect and
I endeavor to carry on the work he started.
To replace me as CMDR of Sin Squadron, LC Wraith stepped up and has taken
the lead role. He's off to a great start, with a good-looking first report
and more news later in the report. Good luck, Wraith!
This week it was my honor to recommend two of our esteemed CMDRs for
promotions, congratulations to CPT Len Eode and LC Repulsor! Their work
has been exemplary and I have full confidence that they'll continue to push
Sigma and Kappa to new heights.
Frothy recommended two promotions before his resignation, making these his
last official acts as COM that I'm aware of. Congratulations to CM Spiffy
the Chicken and MAJ Ulrich Drachen!
Yet another Warrior was promoted this week, congratulations to LCM Sparky!
It's been a long time coming and I'm happy that I could be a part of it.
Our forces grew this week as we welcomed CM Xavier Sienar back from the
Reserves! He's been assigned to Sin Squadron, where I'm sure he'll fit
right in.
July MSE awards are mostly done, just waiting on a couple of stragglers.
The change in command had something to do with that, my apologies to the
pilots that are still waiting.
We've got a number of good discussions about the TIE Corps, the Dark
Brotherhood, and the Emperor's Hammer happening over on the message boards,
after it was decided that the mailing list wasn't the best venue. If you

- GN Pickled Yoda won an IS-SW and an IS-BW from this week's TIE Corps on
Patrol
- LC Wraith bagged three IS-GW's and two IS-BW's from this week's TIE
Corps on Recon
- CPT Keth Aalith won this week's installment of Warrior Trivia and will
receive an IS-BR
- CPT Hawkins submitted the correct answer for HA Dempsey's riddle once
again and received an IS-BR
- Your fearless leader earned two IS-SW's and two IS-BW's from this week's
TIE Corps on Recon

Conclusion
I like how my first week went. We promoted some folks, presented some
awards, received a new pilot, and kicked off some spirited debate about
what's next for the TIE Corps. COL Frown is missing, but he's a capable
individual and I'm sure he's fine. Right?
As always, the only way forward is Through.
