Commodore's Thoughts

Warriors,

It is with great humility that I am announcing my resignation from the position of Commodore of this mighty ship. This will be my last report, probably ever. This time for real. Somebody tell La'an to stop looking at me like that. No La'an, you can't.

I think we've all felt that I've been somewhat disconnected this summer. One could say I have been "Lazy", and he would not be wrong. My heart has not been in it. My employment and family in real life need me more than I have time to commit already, so you can imagine that running a ship as proficient as this one has been (despite me) becoming increasingly difficult.

To be honest, it just has not been fun for me lately. It's nobody's fault, it is just my time to go. I've realized that I've moved on from the TIE Corps already, and that I was going through the motions mostly due to a sense of duty. Which is admirable, but is no way to lead. It's already begun to affect the CMDRs negatively, I assure you.

I've made my recommendation for my replacement already to the Admiralty board. It was done in a firm, uncompromising manner, as per the usual trademark, I assure you.

I will be going back to the mighty M/FRG Phoenix. I still have a hard time spelling it's name, but it's a good place for me. Please do not visit me, as you will be here, on the greatest ship the TIE Corps has ever seen. No, La'an, I will not be joining Theta. Some of us have never been Generals.

I fully expect you all to defend our title 10 months from now as you did so valiantly this June. Winning RTF along side you was the best two events to happen to me in my tenure, and in any position I've ever occupied.

Other than that, it was a really quiet week. Trivia was hard.

A2: Not at all. I've done that man's dirty work for well over a year! He deserves it.

A3: Well... Maybe some of us are just bad at hiding our emotions!? MAYBE, just MAYBE some of us keep frowning all the time to hide how they really feel... How sensitive...and .... Then people think you're being mean and... and... reputation ...and...
