Felt it was quite a basic mission, nothing wrong with it but the story was weak and it was just the standard kill the caps and fighters mission.

This is a simple mission, but a fun one; who doesn't love jumping in an X-Wing and smoking a few TIEs every now and then. The additional bonus objective at the end is kind of neat, as well. It's a shame there aren't more IW-Free missions like this in the database.

Aaaarghh!! It seems I'll need some more training in XWA SP... all those missiles from the T/Is made my life miserable to the point I was unable to complete this one on Hard. They're a damned swarm!! Well, at least the mission hints prevent the player about it. Anyway, it was a good mission overall and I enjoyed the dogfight against the T/Is the most as soon as the missiles were not upon me anymore. Oh, and now I know why using Unlimited Weapons doesn't reduce your score. You need up to five million heavy rockets to crush down a single VSD. These XWA capital ships keep firing whatever approaches them with the accuracy of hell itself and the rockets fall in that category. >:F

An Interesting IW related free mission, I'd forgotten how much fun flying a simple X-wing could be.

Installation
------------
The Mission.lst replaces your original file, so back this up!

1] Double click the .EHM file, the EH Battle Launcher will install the battle.
2] Create a new pilot in the EHBL for the mission based on your name or PIN and the mission number and prepare it for EH use.
3] Check the Misc folder in your XWA one for additional material like patches, sounds etc.
4] Press the X-Wing Alliance button to start XWA and fly the battle.

Description
-----------
In this mission, the player is a pilot in the Infiltrator Wing's White Squadron. Flying a X-Wing, he is to patrol the area around PLT Destrier, where the MC-90 Renegade is resupplying.
