Description:
In order to boost the numbers in Beta Squadron, I'd like to make this competition to incite our current pilots to recruit people.
Not only will this help Beta to get more pilots, thus more opportunities to FLs, but it will help the ship, the EH and give a taste of what a ROA do as a job to the ones not doing that yet.

Iron-Star-Bronze-Ribbon medal for 1 recruit
Iron-Star-Silver-Ribbon for 2 recruits and more
In addition to the MoI for new members.
